The three ambulances were developed in different variants. Bus variant A is designed as a mobile intensive unit, variant B for the large-scale treatment and transport of medium to slightly injured patients and variant C as a combination of both. This last variant has enough treatment and transport capacity for more than 80 patients.
The technical equipment can function as a true operating theater, having an ECG, an InSpectra shock monitor (with which the oxygen saturation in tissue-matter can be monitored by simply placing a sensor on the palm) and an internal bleeding detector as well.
Converting the Mercedes-Benz Citaro buses into ambulances took around 700 hours. They are the only large-capacity ambulances to feature roll-in systems for stretchers such as those used by paramedical services, so that patients can be rolled into the vehicle in a prone position.
The buses can also be equipped with a rear-mounted equipment box containing generators, tents for the treatment of more injury victims, decontamination systems with relevant protective suits and an oxygen concentrator.
This system enables oxygen to be produced for several weeks without recourse to gas suppliers. Vehicle safety is ensured by EBS, disc-brakes all-round, ABS and side impact protection.

A snowcat is an enclosed-cab, truck sized, fully tracked vehicle designed to move on snow. Snowcats are often referred to as 'trail groomers' because of their use for grooming ski trails or snowmobile trails. Most snowcats, such as the ones produced by Bombardier or Aktiv in the past, have two sets of tracks, fitted with a Christie suspension or a Vickers suspension. Others, like the Tucker Sno-Cat and Hägglunds vehicles, have a complex arrangement of four or more tracks.

The popemobile most often used by Pope Benedict XVI when traveling abroad is a modified Mercedes-Benz M-Class sport utility vehicle with a special glass-enclosed "room" that has been built into the back of the vehicle. The pope enters through a rear door and ascends several steps. After the pope sits in his chair, it is elevated up into the glass "room" by a hydraulic lift, allowing the pope to be more easily seen. In addition to the driver, there is room for one passenger (usually a security agent) in the front of the vehicle. The glass-enclosed rear of the vehicle also has room for two papal aides who can sit in the area in front of the pope's elevated chair. The vehicle's security features include bulletproof glass windows and roof and reinforced, armored side panels and underbody.

This Hummer that looks more like a carriage than a very powerful off-road car will be presented in an exhibit this month. Hummer UK officials were really impressed by the artist’s creativity that they have also sustained. It would be interesting to see the consumption registered by this American SUV after a round with its new wheels. Although, I don’t think that anyone has the courage to drive it.
